Most of my clients are adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety and Depression/Mood Disorders, developing Effective Communication Techniques, and Substance Abuse Recovery.

I use a variety of techniques to assist in the process including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Insight-Oriented Therapy.
